LinkAn connects AI strategy, working systems and practical learning. You work directly with founder Eric Lammers.
Eric Lammers.
Before founding LinkAn in 2025, I spent seven years at Volkswagen Finance China, most recently as Director of Product Management and Sales Steering.
I built reporting and automation for the department I led. That experience shapes how I approach AI: start with the decision or the work that needs to improve, then design the system and help people use it.
Today I advise organisations on AI implementation, build business systems and run practical training for teams, founders and educators.
Based in Beijing. Working in German, English, fluent Mandarin and Swedish.
Strategy connected
with delivery.
Leadership decisions, data handling, software and learning affect one another. LinkAn helps connect them, whether the engagement starts with advice, a specific workflow or a workshop.
Our public case studies describe the work by industry and location. Software examples use sample data and individual password access.
